The Bill (Reg. No.5294) envisages the right on the compensation for the electricity, gas and central heating payment that are to be paid at the expense of the state and local budgets subventions. The right is supposed to be allotted not only for the mining enterprises workers who live in the houses with central heating but as well for those living in the houses with other types of heating.
During the sitting of the Committee it was emphasized that "the legislative proposition is aimed at the removal of the incorrectness regarding certain social guarantees for the mining enterprise workers."
